The Coffee Connection is a program that provides support and workforce development for women in recovery from addiction, trauma, and incarceration. It is embedded within a coffee business that generates around 65% of the revenue to support the program. We are working hard to expand both the program and the business to make a greater impact in our community and beyond. Our minimum wage is $15.00.
